StudyCliq Limited have always and will always have adequate database backups in place, should the situation arise where data is lost or corrupt. Multiple backups are kept in a safe and secure location and only accessible by senior IT staff. The backups are only kept for a maximum of 5 weeks and are then deleted, thus adhering to Art. 17 of the GDPR (the right to be forgotten).
It is also in our interest to periodically commission a review and test our data and security technologies in the form of a Website Critical Security Analysis performed by a third-party expert. It is important to us that all websites and database systems are kept as secure as possible and prevented from DDOS attacks and SQL injections.
